Merry Christmas!

We are having a good Holiday season so far, but it is slipping by so fast! I have been busy with finishing up the semester and Renee has been working, but in a few days that will all change! We are visiting Renee's family for Christmas this year where they live - Southern California. I know, I know, it isn't cold there either, but, hey, we will have the wokos on the boardwalk to entertain us. :o)

We had a great time last week during Rand, Aysha and Colin's visit. We kept the pretty busy except for when Renee and I were sick with the black plague... or the mystery flu -we are not sure what it was. Rand and Aysha enjoyed the beach very much and we enjoyed their company. You know, it gets kind of lonely on this island, beautiful as it is. We took them to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Waikiki, Melekahana (another beach), the Dole plantation, and out to eat at some of our favorite Thai resteraurants! Yummm!

Here are some photos from their trip:

The Dole Plantation Train ride was lots of fun for Colin.
In this pic, he is deeply pondering the significance of the event.

Trains are fun!

Here we are at Hanauma Bay to do some snorkeling!
